Do I have to pay sales tax?
  A Sales Tax of 5.5% is applied to all orders shipped within Wisconsin.

Schools and Government Agencies within the State of Wisconsin are Tax Exempt.

Resellers within the State of Wisconsin can be Tax Exempt by clicking on the "Resellers Program" Tab and following the instructions.
How do I create an account?
 
  1. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is never sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records.

Please keep in mind that when a refund is issued, it may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.

If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt or invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits and returns are generally processed the day of receipt.  Please keep in mind that credits can take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
