Our Repair Service Technicians can install parts, troubleshoot and fix most typical hardware related problems. Common repairs include: DC Jack Repair, Motherboard Replacement, Power Supply Replacement, Component Level Notebook repair, CPU & Memory upgrades, & LCD replacement. Turn around time is on average 1-3 business days which does not include transit time. Upon receipt of your repair request form, we will contact you with a repair estimate.

Laptop Motherboard Replacement - $79.00 plus cost of part(s).
DC Jack Repair for Laptop - $79.00 plus cost of part(s).
Laptop LCD Replacement - $79.00 plus cost of part(s).
Desktop Motherboard Replacement - $49.00 plus cost of part(s).
Desktop Power Supply replacement - $49.00 plus cost of part(s).
CPU and Memory Upgrades - Request a Quote.
Should you decide to not repair your computer, there is a diagnostic fee of $39.00.
**We do not specialize in virus removal, OS installations, or data recovery.
Shipping Instructions:
Original packaging is recommended. If not available, use packaging that is rated for shipping your computer. We recommend taking your computer to a local shipping center and have it packaged and boxed to prevent damage.
Please do not use packaging "peanuts" unless your computer is sealed in plastic. The "peanuts" tend to get inside the computer and its components and can cause harm to your machine.
OemZone.com is not responsible for lost or damaged items shipped to us. If damage occurs in shipping from poor shipping containers, the cost of replacement parts is the customer's responsibility.
We will insure proper packaging is used for all items shipped back to the customer. If damage should occur during return shipping, OemZone.com will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider (ie. USPS, UPS, Fed Ex...)
Shipping costs are the customers expense and will be added to the repair order.
